These engagements have included core virtual switching systems (VSS) for customer datacenters, distribution and access layer switching for large facilities, routing, network security projects including design and implementation of redundant firewalls, intrusion prevention, and e-mail and web content filtering.
An international supplier of integrated products, services and support to military forces, intelligence agencies and prime contractors worldwide engaged Kaleidoscope Consulting to design and implement datacenter switching utilizing virtual switching system (VSS) and virtual port channeling (VPC) involving Cisco Catalyst 6500s and Cisco Nexus 5000 switching. Additionally, perimeter security was designed and implemented for this customer.
A biotechnology supplier of controls and standards to assist in the implementation and monitoring of diagnostic assays for clinical laboratories, blood centers and manufacturers engaged Kaleidoscope Consulting to design a local area network (LAN) and create an Active Directory domain, including foundation services such as DNS and DHCP.
